The most fundamental concept of reading for me is the theme of Habit Loop, that is to say: Every habit is a cycle with a beginning and an end, and understanding the dynamics of that cycle will allow it to be modified. Book Author Charles Duhigg provides the following structure to establish and modify habits:

René Guénon in his course of Psychology explains that Appetites are “Impulses of organic origin that have acquired in us an independent force”. Duhigg says: “Tasty appetites are easy to recognize in hindsight but incredibly difficult to see when we are under your influence.”
Step Three – Identify the Input Trigger. The main factor by which it is difficult to identify the fact that our habits trigger is that there is too much information, and it is difficult to accurately isolate all the variables that can influence the conduct.
Step Four – Have a Plan: Once you have identified your Habit Cycle, you can begin to modify the behavior. It is possible to plan when the variable that triggers the habit arrives and chooses a beneficial routine that of the reward for which you feel a craving.
